Distribute Topgrade via Microsoft Store (Now Free for Individual Devs)

With Microsoft now offering free registration for individual developers on the Microsoft Store, it could be a great time to publish Topgrade there. This would give Windows users an easy, trusted way to install and update Topgrade directly from the Store, with automatic updates and wider visibility to millions of potential users — all at no cost to the maintainer.
