Add an ability to select ICMP network type to Rule settings.
It is supported in sing-box 1.13.0 (https://sing-box.sagernet.org/configuration/route/rule/#client)

Necessity of recommendations
Here is my usecase: I play a videogame with Throne in TUN mode on.
This videogame is does not allow connections to it's serevers from my VPS, so I add executables of this game to direct routing.
It works, until somehow this game initiates a ping from the system.
Throne fails to get ping initiator executable, direct routing does not apply, ping can not reach the videogame's server, game hangs (yes, seriously).
I could set "network: imcp = go direct", but currently can't, and add each IP this game tries to ping to direct routing.
