Description

Add multi-select and bulk operations: delete selected contacts, export selected only, or tag selected contacts.

Scope

• Checkbox selection on contact cards
• "Select all" / "Deselect all" controls
• Bulk delete with confirmation
• Bulk export (selected only)
• Bulk tag assignment

Acceptance Criteria

• Can select multiple contacts via checkboxes
• Bulk delete removes selected contacts with confirmation
• Bulk export exports only selected contacts
• Select all / deselect all works correctly
