gstreamer receives only 1 FPS

Hey there,
gstreamer receives only 1 FPS with certains streams. Others work fine. Streams that make trouble work on NDI Monitor, etc fine on the same machine, so I guess its an issue with this library. Any ideas what could make the trouble?

Please try with the latest version of the plugin at https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-plugins-rs/-/tree/main/net/ndi . This repository here is inactive.
