[Issue]: Plexus app is submitting reports to wrongly assigned apps

Description

I have tested Plexus App for the first time, wanted to submit some compatibility report right from my phone but something went wrong. Two times out of six reports it assigned it to another app form my device. First time I thought I did a "big finger mistype" but it happend again.

As #31 is still not available I wasn't able to correct the two wrong reports.

Note that some of my reports were identical (Gold) and I have no idea if they went interchanged without me noticing it.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go on Installed apps,
2. Enable filter de-Googled and N/A
3. Choose an app
4. Rate
5. Submit
6. Go to My ratings and maybe notice apps you didn't made any rating with a rating from another app.

Very weird issue. If you really tried it on the latest version v2.1.5 (not available on F-Droid), then I'd recommend you to test the previous version v2.1.2 once and recheck if the same issue exists.

I used v2.1.5 download from IzzyOnDroid repo on my F-Droid client. Will do that later.

Didn't had this issue on 2.1.2, however the wrongly assigned reports still are online. Is it possible to share it using a private communication and not a public issue on GitHub?
