I cannot reproduce the test results

I have tried reproducing the test results for https://hnpwa-firebase.firebaseapp.com/ which are stated to be 1.3s emerging and 0.7s faster 3g.

When I test using webpagetest.org with the appropriate settings I get 2.6s first interactive (beta) on emerging and 2.4 on faster.

I was hoping someone with experience testing these apps would please clarify the methodology and confirm that the apps are still producing the expected results.

Confirming this. I get 2.6s on emerging and 2.1s on faster.

Also the Lighthouse score is now 100/100.
