Ah - Anton Putra is at it again, posting weird micro benchmarks for Zig web servers

Zig "wins" on max throughput in this case, but for whatever reason, it starts at idle with 100% CPU, and > 1GB RAM, because as Anton says "Zig framework uses busy loop by default"

At least Anton is always open for PRs ... but it's unfortunate that he still posts stuff like this to a wide audience on YouToob without really putting things together properly first. Ah well.

Any ideas how to make this code behave like a normal app ?
