Issue: Disorganized Chapter Structure & Missing Sections in PDF

I’m on page 252 of The Accidental CTO and the content is genuinely brilliant. The analogies and explanations are some of the best I’ve read. ❤️

However, the structure in the second half of the PDF becomes confusing and messy, which breaks the reading flow and makes it difficult to follow the otherwise excellent content.

Below are all the issues I found:

1. Duplicate chapter numbers
   Two chapters are labelled “Chapter 10”
   Chapter 10: Docker (The Shipping Container Revolution)
   Chapter 10: The Smart Clerk - Search)

2. After the Docker chapter, the entire build-up suggests Kubernetes should come next but instead, 2 unrelated chapters appear before Kubernetes.

3. Chapters appear out of order:
   chapter 13
   chapter 16 - 238
   chapter 15 - 245
   all are skipped
   chapter 19 - 269
   chapter 16 -280

4. Several chapters have no Key Takeaways (13, 14, 16, 17).

Sure 💯 happy to help after I finish the book. I’ll likely need your guidance for the missing sections as well (like Key Takeaways).
Right now, it’s a bit challenging to follow the chapters since some parts are hard to locate, but I’m continuing because I really enjoy the content.
If possible, could you please share a short index starting from Chapter 15 with the chapter titles and parts names? That would make it much easier for me to follow along while reading and later contribute properly.
