Suggestion: apply channel mutes immediately #151

Hi, I have a suggestion for the channel muting feature. Would it be possible to have the channel mutes applied immediately, rather than requiring a press of the OK/Apply button?
One case where this change would be useful is Karaoke MIDI files.
Many of them include a track that represents the vocal of a song, and I often prefer to mute that to hear the instrumental only.
However, if I've opened a MIDI file for the first time, I don't immediately know where the vocal track is, so I have to experimentally mute tracks to find it. This is inefficient with the mute feature as it's currently implemented, because I have to mute a channel, press apply, listen to see if I've muted the correct channel, mute another, press apply again, etc.
Applying channel mutes immediately would greatly improve this, because I could instantly hear the effect of mutes and know if I'm on the right path to the vocal track or need to keep looking for it. This would also make the channel muting behavior consistent with other components that implement it, such as foo_npnez, foo_input_vgm, foo_openmpt54, etc.
