Versioned git format #92
Description
Currently any breaking changes to the git format mean that we cannot recover the old tasks (i.e. #83), this make it very difficult to change the format due to future requirements.
Hence we should version the git format Similar to what we do with the annotations de/serialization in the sqlite database, by having a version prefix.
