Annotated support everywhere

Add full support for defining fields using `typing.Annotated` across all Strawberry type definitions (object types, input types, etc.).

## Tasks
- Complete and merge PR #4059
- Ensure Annotated works with all field options (descriptions, deprecation, defaults, etc.)
- Test with nested types, optionals, lists, and unions
- Update documentation
