UI and Performance upgrade from Mica on 12/13/22

The performance upgrade released on 12/13/22 by Mica included changing around a lot of the UI elements that navigation depended on.

In addition, the zoom functionality has been severely limited and the initialization steps of the maps including the moves would need to be redone to account for that.
