Errors in Configuration & Build Step

Hello,
I Am trying to build opensgx as mentioned here https://github.com/sslab-gatech/opensgx/blob/master/Opensgx_tutorial_v1

after clone project and run "make –j $(nproc)" it gives me "make: *** No rule to make target –j'. Stop." also when try to run "make –C libsgx" it gives "make: *** No rule to make target –C'. Stop." , "make –C user" ==> "make: *** No rule to make target `–C'. Stop."
