Consider a gradle task for rendering a guide

Given a guide, it would be nice to be able to run ./gradlew render or similar and the guide would produce its output in the build directory of that guide. This would allow guide developers to not need to download and run guides-renderer separately. Also, it may introduce the possibility down the road of executing the publication process in the GHA for each guide.
