Request: Additional Documentation for data.ksy

Attempting to use PhasorToolBox has been successful in most parts except when PDC may be set to auto-start so you may receive a data frame before a config frame.

I believe I have to add in the appropriate sections for:

I am but a notice, it would help immensely to have an example of what I need to change based on my config frame that I receive.
