develop engaging sample for 3-day workshop participants

Develop at least two (2) do-it-yourself projects for per workshop day. Participants will either have the opportunity to work on the projects and/or listen to an overview of the "quick" Jupyter Notebook. So there will be multiple paths available for people to learn Python depending on their personal preferences.
