unable to configure the slate set up in windows

i have forked and then used the slate in the windows. have run the commands like bundle install , then bundle exec middleman server

but after navigating to the links provided getting both the issues.

the gemfile and gemlock configurations

kindly guide me through the process, am really working on deadlines

i have edited the source and the index.md file and hosted the GitHub pages but was unable to create the index.html for deploying the pages
