Mona no responde después de sugerir cambios, curso queda atascado en el paso de review

Hi GitHub Skills team,

I'm taking the "Review Pull Requests" course and Mona stops responding after I create the suggestion on the index.html file.
I followed the steps exactly as the course indicates (opening Files changed, adding the inline suggestion, etc.), but after that:

• Mona doesn't comment back.
• The step doesn’t progress.
• The pull request is automatically closed but cannot be reopened.
• Even deleting the repository and starting again doesn't fix it.
• The bot remains silent and workflows don’t complete.

I have reproduced the issue several times.
It seems the webhook or workflow that triggers Mona fails after the suggested change.

Could you check or reset the workflows for this course?

I was facing the same issue earlier today. But then I realized I had to navigate back to the Conversation tab and click Commit suggestion, then after writing a message, I clicked Commit changes.

This had worked for me and I had to wait a few minutes for Mona to respond back. Hope this helps.
