Use URL shortener while adding custom icon

Suggested by Gregory, on the group. Using google URL shortener can help having 
shorter image addresses, thus being able to add more icons on a flair set.
API is available, 1000000 requests / day, so it will scale properly. API could 
be called while adding a new icon.
