How to setup Vue3 Syntax Highlight and LSP?

Hello guys. The project is great. Been using it for sometime and its been nice. The only thing I am missing currently for my setup is LSP for vue. I cant seem to make it work have read through the docs, have setup a config.json, but have not managed to make it work.
Has anyone used fresh with vue?

I was able to setup LSP but syntax highlighting is not working
