Investment doesn't mean control, and neither Village Global LPs (the people you posted) have control over Village Global (they are limited partners), nor Village Global has any control over SimpleX Chat Ltd - there is neither a board seat no other control provisions, and the share is very small.

So do something useful please instead of spreading this nonsense.

Again i am not here to spread any theories, i was simply curious because after all simplex got funding from someone who is either in contact with or gets money from or both, bigtech like microsoft, facebook and amazon. Doesn't mean simplex is compromised but it's certainly worth noting. No need to be harsh for that...
