Examples "triglot.sil" and "inputfilters.sil"

Hi. The example for a triglot layout shows broken characters for Japanese https://sile-typesetter.org/examples/triglot.pdf

The png for input filters has somehow crushed the colors, making them almost indistinguishable from black https://sile-typesetter.org/examples/inputfilter.png

Until that issue is fixed, I made two alternative versions with diffs provided as txt-files, since apparently Github disallows ".diff" :

triglot8.pdf
triglot8_diff

triglot4 cuts the text to 4 paragraphs, whereas triglot8 shrinks the original 8 paragraphs to fit on the first page. Additionally, I changed from Hiragino Mincho Pro to Noto Serif CJK JP, since I don't know where the former is available. Both versions unfortunately have a redundant blank second page.
