Cannot install pyseoanalyzer library

It seems we're stuck in a catch-22 situation where pyseoanalyzer requires a version of urllib3 that conflicts with the version needed by botocore.
ERROR: pip's dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed. This behaviour is the source of the following dependency conflicts.
pyseoanalyzer 2024.4.21 requires urllib3>=2.2.1, but you have urllib3 1.26.8 which is incompatible.
Please suggest how should I install pyseoanalyzer library
