✨ Feature

This is an epic consisting of several sub-issues for implementing x/core as a replacement for the CosmWasm-based Core Contract. This new module will be responsible for the following.

• Executor allowlists and configurations for staking, data request, and tally.
• Executor staking
• Data request flow (Post -> Commit -> Reveal -> Tally)
  • x/tally will be merged into x/core

Relevant PRs shall be merged to dev branch.
