Remove HTML redirects once the proceedings are properly redirected or we host the site elsewhere #58
Description
PRs #56 and #57 should be reverted once we have a proper solution for the broken proceedings links (#55) introduced by moving the site for Enthought's S3 bucket to Github pages.
The configuration changes and HTML redirects introduced in these two PRs are temporary until we have a permanent solution.
