Dtype-next doesn't by default cover/load all datetime datatypes. Some, like java.time.YearMonth, are not loaded. We cannot also manipulate them in tablecloth.time.
We can tell dtype-next about these types using tech.v3.datatype.casting/add-object-datatype! but we need to decide where we'll do this in tablecloth.time.
