Getting `error: git-scribe died of signal 6`

I installed the gem and homebrew dependencies but when I fire up check I get this:

-> % git scribe check
/Users/adamstacoviak/.rvm/gems/ruby-2.0.0-p0/gems/nokogiri-1.6.0/lib/nokogiri/nokogiri.bundle: [BUG] Segmentation fault

error: git-scribe died of signal 6

But I'm using Ruby 2.0.0p0

-> % ruby -v
ruby 2.0.0p0 (2013-02-24 revision 39474) [x86_64-darwin12.3.0]

Any ideas what's the matter here?
