ZSAPLINK fails to import classes

When trying to import a class, I keep getting this error:

Internal error - you need to debug to identify the problem

When debugging I found this error:
An exception (CX_SY_CREATE_OBJECT_ERROR) occurred

Message no. TPDA430

How can this be resolved?
