"Cloud disabled but apps still running!" when configuring RTSP

When I run RTSP script, it shows that "Cloud disabled but apps still running!", and the RTSP is NOK

To resolve the failure, I reviewed the previous issue and made the following attempts, but they failed:

1. configured the wifi connection as wireless client
2. turned "Hacks enabled" and "Disable cloud applications" on
3. run /media/mmcblk0p2/data/etc/scripts/00-stop-cloud and 20-rtsp-server manually
   
4. checked that the wifi name did not include non-Latin/numeric characters.

But iCamera is still in the process list. I tried to kill iCamera, but the device will reboot after a while, stay on the yellow light and get stuck.
Anyone know how to fix this, thanks a lot！！！
