Missing example on how to leverage/access an offline FileAttachment #139

I am currently struggling to get a good hang on how the Briefcase "File Attachments" capability can be leveraged to have a file available offline for use in a QuickAction LWC.
It feels like I am nearly there, but only a single file out of the 40 or so I have in my org makes it to the primed briefcase.
While there is an example of file upload in this repo, there is absolutely no example of actually using a file for e.g. an image to be displayed in the LWC or some more structured content that's not an image (think: CSV, JSON...).
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be lovely to have a sample that highlights how the File Attachment could be configured in the briefcase (e.g. we have up to 100 Recipe__c records configured to be in the briefcase, each of them can have 1x File Attachment of type JSON, and an example how to prime and use that File Attachment in the View QuickAction LWC).
