Install two malicious apps

I observed 2 apps are installed by this moudule Icon shape changer and Extended Settings, these are reported as malicious by Android and Bitdefender, why?

They are most likely reported as they contain modified/root access code, which gets flagged as "malicious" I've used this module before and can safely say that neither of the apps is malicious
