Add undocumented functions

We currently test 85 functions, however looks like 10 of them are not documented at all and 2 of them are inconsistently represented.

The following functions are not documented whatsoever:

• getnamecallmethod (addressed in another issue)
• cache.invalidate
• cache.replace
• cache.iscached
• Drawing.Fonts
• lz4compress
• lz4decompress
• decompile
• debug.getinfo
• isscriptable

Regarding inconsistent references to base64 functions, please view the other issue about it.

The cache library functions are not tested anymore.
I simply don't care about Drawing.Fonts, there isn't any other reason.
lz4compress is generally not used and/or not talked about. I am fine with adding them to the documentation.
I forgot about decompile.
I believe debug.getinfo to be useless, since we already have debug.info.
Don't really care much about this function, but I think we should add it, since we did add setscriptable.

This issue will be closed soon after the cache functions, decompile and debug.getinfo are documented.
All other functions have been documented with the merging of PR #169 .
