All records are not being extracted on Paid Plan - Why?

I have run the same file twice, both giving different extraction results. A .csv file, with simply rows and columns.
The file has 39 records and the first extraction is only 5 records, while the second extraction is 10 records.

Why am I paying for a service that will not extract all the records in my file? Please review with a solution or provide me with a refund on my monthly subscription.

You'll need to provide more details. Can you share an example of the file? What settings did you run with? What code or UI config did you have?
