My response to @zkamvar via #64:
I think it might be good/necessary to further distinguish between active and inactive primary maintainers. Data come from git commits, GitHub issue/pr responses, and DESC files, but the commit logs are already used to identify activity states. I'd just need to refine identification of "primary maintainers" to consider that as well.
