Data integration with healthcare software

Currently, there is no export  feature, sending the data to the lab happens somewhat manually.  
It is necessary to have some kind of automatic export, but we don't know healthcare software formats.  Would be nice if somebody with domain knowledge in the field could chime in.  
At least some kind of CSV or Excel export should be possible without difficulties.
