Add Lattice Boltzmann

There is a quite new and rarely implemented dithering algorithm that leverages the Lattice Boltzmann Method (LBM)—a CFD (computational fluid dynamics) technique—rather than conventional error-diffusion methods like Floyd–Steinberg.

I find it quite intriguing, and it would be great if Ditherista also had this algorithm.

thanks for the suggestion! looks interesting. Not sure when I have time to add this though, as this is a hobby project and I still have to finish some stuff up on the release candidate
