Evaluate new library for building a validator since AJV seems to be no longer supported

AJV is no longer supported

Describe the solution you'd like

Evaluate a replacement technology for building a new validator library. According to Bowtie there are 3 good candidates:

• theflashlabs-ajv-plus
• cfworker-json-schema
• hyperjump-json-schema

Evaluate the migration costs of building a new library using these and write up a new ticket to implement the best choice.

NOTE: the first one is an actively maintained fork of AJV so it might be the best choice

theflashlabs-ajv-plus is a direct fork of AJV. Functionality and behavior are identical — it’s essentially a drop-in replacement.
We’d just swap the package name and update the imports.

@Ashutoshx7 We'd welcome a PR that adds a new validator-ajv-plus package that is a port of the validator-ajv8 converted to theflashlabs-ajv-plus library.

@ldrick I'm curious about that observation. Why do you believe it is unmaintained?

Following the link in the first entry of this thread, I just see one person working on it. Just 1 release and 3 to 4 months of no further changes. Maybe it is not unmaintained by definition, but looks like people are not going to jump on, to implement or fix things.
