Description
ROAInfoUpdate is set to 409.
I don't see any network packets with event code >350 when entering or leaving roads.
Parameters[1] is supposed to be position, [6] the target id, [8] the close time, [9] the capacity.
I don't see any network packets that match that pattern when entering or leaving roads.
I've checked the network packets when entering roads, leaving roads, and when logging in. And I don't see any packets that seem promising. Do you remember when the ROAInfoUpdate event used to be sent? Was it when changing zones, when logging in, every N hours, etc?
