[Feature request] Bandcamp integration

With the risk of being one more of "add support for [insert platform name]" I'd like to request support for Bandcamp.

I think it would be cool to be able to search for songs and maybe connect the account to listen to purchased albums. Kind of something like NewPipe does for Android (but with ability to login to listen to purchased content).

Don't know if this is possible tho, as I don't know how open Bandcamp is to use with other services.

Bandcamp is one of the APIs that I've looked into. I've also looked into SoundCloud, Mixcloud and Deezer. For various reasons I've chosen not to add those APIs. But I am always open to adding them.

I will keep this request open as I would like to support Bandcamp. But I can't promise anything in the near future.

The aim of ampcast is that should be a source agnostic media player. So Bandcamp is definitely in my radar.
