When opening the chat page

When opening the chat page, the message "not available" appears this happened only sometimes, now it's constant, I've already tested it in the xcloud application itself and there the chats appear normally, there's also something that bothers me, sometimes I try to enter my friends' online session and I just can't! Sometimes the profile gets buggy or the interaction menu is all lagged. Please fix this, I didn't have this before
