Migrate the odo commands

The extension should figure out a workflow to have NO usage of the odo commands.

• registry / registry --details --devfile (Done: Devfile Registry editor is to allow devfile version selection and use when creating a component #4189)
• preference view / preference add registry / preference remove registry (Done: "Components" sidebar section take a while to load #3850)
• deploy (In progress: Investigate what actions should be taken in order to deploy component without "odo deploy" #4482)
• delete component (in-progress: replaced odo delete component configuration #5772 by @msivasubramaniaan )
• dev (In progress: Investigate what actions should be taken in order to run dev component without "odo dev" #4541)
• describe component (In Review: Replacement for 'odo describe component' #5726)
• logs (Done: Get rid of odo log command #4396)
• list service / add binding (In progress: Make "Bind Service" feature to use servicebinding.io API instead of the deprecated Service Binding Operator #4682)
• init
• run (In progress: Replace odo run command #5776 by @msivasubramaniaan )
• analyze (Done: Replace odo analyze command #4344)
