Setting for bv_enabled doesn't work properly if set in user settings because think it overrides toggle #19
Description
I set bv_enabled to false in the user settings but it seems this setting is overidden once the build is launched. A new build window outputs but the results stop piping to it right away. Just the initial build results are shown. I wanted to disable so it uses the normal build window by default but then when I want have it open a buffer with the build information. Is this possible or would I need to modify the code?
