Hello. I am the Director of Technology and Projects with OWASP Foundation. This repo was indicated to me as saying it is the official OWASP repository. However, I have no record of this being associated with OWASP at all. If you are interested in continuing the WebGoat.NET project (which is officially inactive) then please apply to do so at https://owasporg.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/7/group/18/create/70
Otherwise, kindly remove the README information that indicates this is the official OWASP repository.
