Should be 'Add Repository' not 'Create' for repository

@oboc-sts I think we should update the fleet's Git Repos page too, both "Add Repository" and "Create Git Repo" buttons redirect you to the same page for adding a new repository:

Also, I think we should change the "Create" button to "Add" on the creation/addition page, same for the title as well:

I think we should also change "Create" to "Add" for the fleet's helm ops too:

I wouldn't do that one - there we are creating an op - for the repos in apps & marketplace, you're not creating the repo, you're adding it to the system.

We can change this here for this one case and review which other verbs should change - maybe once this one is done, we can have a joint session to go through and discuss.

I don't recall if we have a mechanism for this already - if not, this would need to be type config added to type map and then set for a given resource type.

I'd stick to the scope indicated by @nwmac = the repositories in the apps and marketplace for now.

And, from this pov, it's just a textual change in all 3 places indicated below: "Create" -> either "Add" or "Add Repository".
