cannot change the path to the config file

i want to move the config file else where, but the --config option does not work.

npx git-conventional-commits -c ..git-hooks\git-conventional-commits.yaml

--config option is not even in --help
it only shows when in the root directory is not git-conventional-commits.yaml

this is not a valid command the actual command is missing.
If you add a command like thisnpx git-conventional-commits changelog -h --config is mentioned in the help output as expected.

BTW are you sure the config file path is correct ..git-hooks\git-conventional-commits.yaml the double leading dots seam odd

it should have been .\.git-hooks\git-conventional-commits.yaml

i may be stupid but i still do not understand how am i supposed to change the config path

i want to place the git-conventional-commits.yaml into the .git-hooks folder. how can i do that
