以163邮箱为例，先登录你的邮箱，然后在设置里开启smtp服务：

再增加并获得授权码

对于qq邮箱的授权码，登陆你的邮箱，然后 【设置】--> 【账号与安全】-->【安全设置】【开启POP3/IMAP/SMTP/Exchange/CardDAV 服务】【生成授权码】
