History log saves in single file rather than one per day

Would be nice if the history logging split the log file for each day rather than just having a single file.
The pythonlog part does this already.

We are using the IPython logstart http://ipython.readthedocs.io/en/stable/interactive/magics.html#magic-logstart for this. It currently has support for rotating but only on a per session basis so we would likely have to roll this out by hand

Ok. I thought it was the same module that did both logs and had maybe not been turned on for one part. It would be nice to separate the logs a little bit.

Maybe we can instead separate the log file per sample by putting the log folder inside the sample folder (or if there is another way to attach the sample name to the log file)?
