Provide an API endpoint that returns the count of torrents only. Such as Total Torrents, Total Downloading, Total Uploading

Use case

When there are many torrents loaded, using the WebUI can be very slow. I queue many torrents up for downloading, and have a limited number of active slots.

I like to check how my downloads are going so I'm interested in the current Active downloads info, and want to know how many more downloads are left in the queue.

I'd like to get a total count of downloads left, as well as the total # of torrents I have without needing to get the entire torrent info.
