Add a refresh button

Please add a refresh button on the Gui so that I can get the latest information of the apps instead of restarting the python work of py_inspect.py. I would appreciate it if you could reply me at your ealiest convenience.

That's a good idea. But in current version you can collapse and expand the tree to refresh it (press on "+" or "-" sign twice). For the whole tree refresh please collapse and expand the desktop element.

"Refresh" function was in "Action" menu. Now i moved it to a button (pullrequest #19). It is still working too long so may be i will took a look what i can do with this at my holidays.
