Requested Feature

Overhaul of how make template works, along with some changes to the default Makefile in regards specifically to the template information. There are many issues open about this, moving it into one issue as all of these issues kind of need to be addressed at the same time.

The issues that need to be addressed are:
#362 #369 #372 #373

This will likely be a good task for 1-2 recruits along with an experienced member guiding them.

Here's a bash script doing mostly the same functionality as pros c create-template, which is what does the actual making of the template iirc.

Might be helpful idk.
